As a professionally trained actress and experienced teacher and performer, she is also an expert at public speaking.

She practices creative and active coaching through the use of innovative tools , as well as ancient metaphors and storytelling that foster creativity and right-brain thinking.

CranfieldShe has built a strong partnership with Cranfield School of Management where she has been coaching executives from L’Oréal and Oracle four times a year, during 8 years.

Graduated from CERAM business school Sophia Antipolis in 1984, Marion has over fifteen years of experience in the Education Management field.

em-lyonShe has been teaching and lecturing during eight years for the International Executive MBA’s in Leadership, Communication skills and Organizational Behavior at EM Lyon School of Management.

She has facilitated, in English and French, Personal Impact and Leadership training seminars for several hundreds of managers from large European Corporations such as Chanel, BPI Parfums, Orange, EADS, Renault, EDF, Saint Gobain, Suez, Alcatel, Royal Canin (MARS) and L’Oréal.

She is also teaching and lecturing for the International MBA classes at CEFAM ( Franco American School of management) and for the Innovation Engineering Mastères at ITECH (Lyon Textile and Chemical Institute)

She is a Master NLP coach. She has been trained in Theater, Speech and Drama at the Conservatoire d’Art Dramatique de Lyon. She is a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).

Marion Chapsal est Consultant Formateur Coach. Elle intervient aussi bien en anglais qu’en français. Depuis 1991, elle anime des séminaires de Management et Communication auprès de cadres dirigeants.(Chanel, L’Oréal- Orange- Oracle-Saint Gobain-EADS-RENAULT NISSAN- EDF, INTERPOL …) Elle a assuré le cours d’Organizational Behavior et de Leadership pendant 5 ans à l’EM Lyon. Elle s’épanouit dans un environnement international et intervient 5 fois par an à Cranfield School of Management, dans le cadre de la restitution et du debriefing de profils internationaux (SPM profiling Tool) Elle intervient aussi en Team Building auprès du Centre d’Etudes Franco Américain de Management (CEFAM). Elle réalise également des coachings individuels et des coachings d’équipe à Lyon, Paris et Londres, si besoin. Elle est membre de l’ICF (International Coaching Federation), certifiée en TMS, Master PNL Systèmique.
